Office Policies

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hr notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. Out of courtesy to all of our patients, if you miss three appointments, we will regrettably dismiss you from our practice.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimate patient portion must be paid in full at the time of service. You should be knowledgeable with your own coverage as it is complicated for us to know all different types of insurance available. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid in full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Payment Options

At Connors Pediatric Dentistry, PC we believe that every child should have access to the highest level of dental care. In an effort to fulfill this mission, our fees are reasonable and most insurance plans are accepted. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa/MasterCard. If you have any questions about payments, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Parents are welcome to come into the treatment rooms. There are times where a connection with a patient may be difficult with an involved parent, so at those times we would prefer if the parent waits in the waiting room or maintains a silent presence. In order to gain the confidence of your child, we need their full attention to our careful choice of words used while treating your child. We will do everything to make your child comfortable, proud, and have a successful visit.

If at any time there is a conflict of privacy, we reserve the right to ask a parent to wait in the waiting room while the other patient is dismissed.

Our goal at Connors Pediatric Dentistry, PC is to educate our patients and prepare them for a life-long commitment to good oral health. We are looking forward to meeting you and working together for a bright future.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our office as (781) 784–2565.

We do welcome parents into the treatment rooms, however in order to gain a rapport with the children, we may ask you to remain somewhat silent during the appointment.
